My name is Alia Shahi and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Ojai, California. I work with children, adolescents, and families. I love working with clients who are motivated to gain a greater sense of self and who desire to acknowledge and shift the patterns that are no longer serving them. I am committed to your growth and well-being as we navigate the conscious and unconscious processes that influence your life.

Some of the areas I specialize in are anxiety, depression, addiction and co-occurring disorders, relational issues, life transitions, parenting, and trauma. Creating safety, and an environment that allows others to be transparent without the fear of judgment, is my number one priority.
